Maya Black Car is pleased to provide services to you according to these terms and conditions: Please read this agreement carefully, before accessing or using our website or services. By using this website and/or services, you expressly agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein without limitation or qualification and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Maya Black Car are superseded and of no force or effect. All content on the MayaBlackcar.com Website (the “Site”) is intended only for residents of the United States.
Payment, Waiting times, and late fees:
Payment in full is made at the time of reservation. See below for details on the cancellation policy.
- Airport Domestic Arrivals: Waiting charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. After 15 minutes of waiting time charge will be $5 for every 5 minutes. We do not charge any waiting time fee for flight delays. Please note we must have the proper flight number & airline for airport pickups as we will be tracking incoming flights.
- Airport International Arrivals: Waiting charges begin 45 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time for arrivals. After 45 minutes of waiting time, charge will be $5 for every 5 minutes. We do not charge any waiting time fee for flight delays. Please note we must have the proper flight number & airline for airport pickups as we will be tracking incoming flights.
- Non-airport Pickups: Waiting charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. After 15 minutes, the Waiting Time charge will be $5 for every 5 minutes.

Where To Meet Your Driver at Logan Airport
Drivers are not permitted inside the terminal at any time for any reason. They must wait with their vehicle and will be standing outside at the designated limousine stand of every terminal. Please be aware that the Massachusetts Port Authority and the Massachusetts State Police do not allow your driver to wait more than 10 minutes. It is recommended that you call your driver after you have collected your luggage. It will take the driver 8-15 minutes to arrive at the designated limo area if he isn’t already there. If you cannot reach your driver, call Maya Black Car.
At each terminal, there is a “limo stand” area designated by the Massachusetts Port Authority. Go to our Airport Services page for specific information about your arrival terminal. Your driver will be waiting there with your name on a sign.
Where To Meet Your Chauffeur at Providence T.F. Green International Airport:
The chauffeur will be waiting at the bottom of the escalator, near baggage claim, holding a sign with your name.

The driver will text you directly with pick-up details.
Pets and Luggage
Each vehicle can carry a specific number of pieces of luggage. Therefore you have to choose the type of vehicle that can fit the number of passengers and their luggage. The price of the service given includes the number of pieces of luggage on the reservation form. If the passenger has more luggage than the vehicle would fit, he/she will need to choose a different type of vehicle or call us for advice. Maya Black Car reserves the right to refuse to carry any additional luggage or animals that were not agreed on when the reservation was made. This also applies to animals that are not placed in their crate. Any damage or cleaning issue resulting from pets is subject to fees detailed below.
All cancellations must be sent via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Maya Black Car will reply to you with a cancellation notification e-mail. Save this e-mail for future reference as timely proof of your cancellation. We do not accept phone cancellations. The date and time on which the cancellation email notice is received by Maya Black Car will determine the applicable cancellation fee. We do not take any responsibility for cancellation fees resulting from mistakes, weather, family emergencies, double booking, or wrong dates or information.

Changes in Booking
Any change to an existing reservation has to be made via email to email@example.com. When the change is made, a revised email will be sent to the customer with the updated information. During service, if the customer changes the drop-off location, additional charges will apply based on the new location. For hourly service, additional hours can be added at the same rate as the original booking (As long as the vehicle is available). Maya Black Car reserves the right to refuse to extend the service if the vehicle is not available, ending the service at the original contract agreement.
Right to end or refuse service and video recording consent:
All services are provided at the discretion of the driver. Before or during any scheduled rides, the driver is authorized to refuse customers entering the vehicle if they are visibly intoxicated, otherwise impaired, or exhibit dangerous or threatening behavior. Alcohol and all tobacco products (including vaping) are prohibited in all vehicles at all times. Dangerous, indecent, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. If a ride is canceled by a driver for any of these reasons, there will be no refund given. If a vehicle is damaged or soiled by a customer, a $300 cleaning/repair fee will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation. This cleaning fee also applies to pet damage. Any damage above $300 as estimated by an authorized vehicle service department will be billed to the customer. Maya Black Car is not responsible for any personal property left in the vehicle. Maya Black Car will attempt to contact the customer in the event of the property being left in a vehicle.
Be advised: all vehicles are equipped with interior and exterior camera recording devices. Entering any Maya Black Car vehicle signifies Consent Given to be video recorded for the safety of our customers and drivers.
After 15 minutes wait time from the scheduled pickup, the driver will attempt to contact the customer via phone or email. If the customer cannot be located or contacted after 15 more minutes, the ride will be considered a No-Show and no refund will be given.
Methods of Payment
Maya Black Car accepts payment via Stripe using any payment card. Maya Black Car will never hold your payment information in our database. Customers can create a profile on MayaBlackCar.com to see ride and payment history, and have a saved payment method that is not visible or accessible by Maya Black Car but securely saved in Stripe.
Gratuity and tips
All gratuity and tips go 100% to your driver. Tips can be added at the time of booking, or in cash at the time of service.
When you visit MayaBlackCar.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Use of the WebSite and the Services
ID Number, Password, and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any user ID and/or password provided to you by MayaBlackCar.com for use in connection with the Web Site or the Services. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your user ID and/or password, and you agree to notify MayaBlackCar.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your user ID and/or password or any other breach of security related to the Web Site. MayaBlackCar.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your user ID and/or password or to comply with this section.
The Web Site, certain content therein, the Services, and any underlying software may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and/or other intellectual property and proprietary rights laws and are owned (along with all proprietary rights therein) by MayaBlackCar.com and its licensors. You agree that you will not copy, distribute, republish, display, post, transmit, download, or modify any content you obtain from the Web Site without MayaBlackCar.com’s prior written permission; provided, however, that you may download or print a copy of information from the Web for your use in learning about, reserving, or using the services.
The website, the services, and any information provided through the website are provided by MayaBlackCar.com on an “as is” basis, and neither MayaBlackCar.com nor its subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, vendors, or subcontractors make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the web site or services or the information made available by or through the web site or the services. MayaBlackCar.com nor any of its subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, vendors, or subcontractors warrants that use of the website will be uninterrupted, available at any time or from any particular location, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the web site is free of viruses or other potentially harmful components. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will MayaBlackCar.com, any of its subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, vendors, or subcontractors, including their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including without limitation those resulting from lost profits, lost data or business interruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use the web site, the services, or any websites linked to the web site, whether based on contract, tort or other legal theory and regardless of whether MayaBlackCar.com knew or was advised of the possibility of such damages. MayaBlackCar.com’s aggregate liability arising from or relating to the website or the services (regardless of the cause of action, whether under contract, tort, or other legal theory) is limited to $50. The foregoing limitations of liability are independent of and shall apply regardless of, any failure of essential purpose of any limited or exclusive remedy. You acknowledge that MayaBlackCar.com has agreed to provide the website and the services in reliance on the exclusions of liability and disclaimers of warranty set forth herein. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

MayaBlackCar.com will not give your information to anyone without your consent. The information you provide us with is used to help personalize user information and offers for you.
