Logan Airport Pick Up Information
Terminal A – Arrivals – Ground Level
DOMESTIC ARRIVALS: Exit Door A102 on baggage claim level and cross two traffic islands to meet your driver at the designated limousine stand.
INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS: After clearing Customs, exit Door E104 and cross two traffic islands to meet your driver at the designated limousine stand.
Terminal B – Arrivals – Ground Level
DOMESTIC ARRIVALS: Exit Door B113 or B101 on baggage claim level and follow the pedestrian crosswalk into the parking garage to meet your driver at the designated limousine area.
INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS: After clearing Customs, exit Door E104 and cross two traffic islands to meet your driver at the designated limousine stand.
Terminal C – Arrivals – Level 2
EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2020 The Terminal C Limousine pickup area is operating at a new location in the Central Parking Garage. Follow the signs to Level 3 of Terminal C using the escalators or elevators. Walk through the SkyBridge to the Central Parking Garage. Take the elevator to the Ground Level and follow the signs to the Limousine Pickup Area.
Terminal E – Arrivals – Ground Level
(INTERNATIONAL ONLY) After clearing Customs, exit Door E104 (next to Hudson News across from Dunkin Donuts) on the baggage claim level. Cross two traffic lanes to get to the designated limousine stand.
